“Celebrate Midsummer Night with
the Other Norwegians - Trolls.” Just 68 miles from Yellowstone Park at
the base of the Cooke City highway, our camp scenery feels like Norway.
It’s easy to imagine the mountain trolls joining us at the base of the
switchbacks near a place similar to Trollstigen.
The camp weekend begins on Thursday evening, July
9th, 2009 and continues through Sunday morning, the 12th.
If trolls don’t hog it all there will be delicious Norwegian foods, folk
dancing, Norwegian language, genealogy, heritage needlework, carving and
more. All ages are welcome; it’s also an opportunity for families to
enjoy a long weekend together. Camp charges cover all food, lodging and
materials for the three nights.
This would be an opportune time for families to
begin their vacation at camp and then take a tour through Yellowstone
Park. Join us!
